Servas總部主辦的第三屆Servas Peace Forum和平論壇，於2023年12月2日以線上會議方式進行，主題是「與社區和大學建立夥伴關係」，由Servas Taiwan簡報，分享其經驗。
 
Servas Taiwan理事長Jojo報告指出，全球老化，Servas現行規範Hosts接待Travelers僅有2晚，不符合年長的Travelers的需求，台灣嘗試設計一個天數較長的行程來接待這些年長的會員，而且與也有很多銀髮族的在地社區結合，讓來自不同文化的銀髮會員相互交流。
 
Servas Taiwan常務理事，同時也是基隆市中山國小校長、基隆市中山樂齡學習中心執行長的Vicky，則以最近接待印度會員Ashok夫妻為例，說明請Ashok和社區樂齡中心分享印度手印等養生之道，和小學生分享印度料理，品嘗台灣美食潤餅的成果，雙方都受益良多，不僅平常較少接觸外國人的社區老人和小孩有機會體驗異國文化，覺得新鮮有趣，甚至吸引媒體前來報導，已退休的Ashok在台灣像個大人物被採訪，在本國人人都會的技能，換個國家易地而教後，價值感瞬間大幅提升。
 
而後Jojo也分享Servas Taiwan如何透過在大學擔任教授的Servas會員，和靜宜大學建立夥伴關係，簽署合作意向書，以便吸引更多年輕人加入Servas。
 
分組討論結束後，國際總部副會長Carla提供該小組討論的成果，來自葡萄牙的Carla說，她也是兩性平權組織的會員，一次她接待他國會員是合唱團的，便帶他們到她所屬的組織去唱歌，也因此讓其也組織認識Servas，而義大利和難民組織有合作關係，土耳其和平學校和當地社區緊密結合，都是很好的夥伴關係。義大利會員Francesco說，他曾前往土耳其和平學校擔任義工，當地社區和家庭全力投入接待和平學校的國外義工，讓人感動；義大利還有Servas by bike，也是和不同領域建議合作關係的案例。
 
這次論壇共來自27個國家的88名會員報名，會議當天約有50名成員出席。規畫並主持這項論壇的Servas總部共同和平長Mei表示，每季舉辦一次的和平論壇，讓會員即使不搭飛機出國，也能在網上進行交流。未能參加者也可觀看置於總會Youtube上的錄影。總會Youtube 頻道：https://www.youtube.com/@servasinternational2037

2023/12/02 The 3rd Servas Peace Forum, build partnerships with communities and universities
 
The 3rd Servas Peace Forum hosted by Peace Secretaries of Servas International was held as an online meeting on Dec. 2, 2023. The theme was "Building Partnerships with Communities and Universities". Servas Taiwan share its experience.
 
Jojo, National Secretary of Servas Taiwan, reported that the world is aging and the current rule of Servas for hosting a traveler each time is only 2 nights, which does not meet the needs of elder Travelers. Taiwan is trying to design a longer program to host elder members, with local communities having many seniors. This program makes seniors from different cultures have a chance to meet and learn from each other.
 
Vicky, the executive director of Servas Taiwan, who is also the principal of Zhongshan Elementary School and the CEO of Zhongshan Senior Learning Center in Keelung City, took the recent day hosting of Indian members Ashok and his wife as an example, and explained how Ashok shared Indian mudra, his healthy secrets and Indian cuisine with local seniors and primary school students. Ashok and his wife also tasted Taiwanese delicacies. Both parties benefited a lot.
 
Not only the elderly and children in the community who usually have less contact with foreigners have the opportunity to experience foreign culture, find it fresh and interesting, and even attract the media to come. Ashok, who has retired, was interviewed like a big shot in Taiwan. Teaching and sharing interests which all Indian knew in a different country, the value increases significantly.
 
Then Jojo also shared how Servas Taiwan established a partnership with Providence University through Servas members who are professors at the university and signed a letter of intent for cooperation in order to attract more young people to join Servas.
 
After the group discussion, Carla, Vice President of Servas International, provided the results of the small group discussion. Carla from Portugal said that she was also a member of a women association. Once she hosted travelers who were members of a choir in another country, and took them to women association. Travelers went to sing, so the women association was interested in Servas. Italy has a cooperative relationship with refugee organizations, and the Servas Peace School in Turkiye is closely integrated with the local community. They are all good examples of partnerships.
 
Francesco, an Italian member, said that he once served as a volunteer at the Peace School in Turkiye. It was touching that the local community and families fully devoted themselves to host the foreign volunteers of the Peace School. Italy also has Servas by bike, which is also a case of proposing cooperative relationships with different fields.
 
A total of 88 members from 27 countries signed up for this forum, and about 50 members attended the meeting on the day. Mei and Francisco, the Peace Secretaries of the Servas International, who plan and host the forum, said that the peace forum held every quarter allows members to communicate online even if they do not fly abroad.
